ORDER ACCEPTANCE - Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

INVENTORY - We constantly check our inventory quantities for accuracy.   However, there may be a chance that your desired item(s) is out of stock.  If this is the case we will contact you with other options.  At this point you have the option to change to the suggested item of cancel the item that is out of stock or cancel your complete order.

 

SHIPPING POLICY - Most orders received before 3:00pm CST will be shipped that day. Orders received after 3:00pm CST will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or National Holiday will be processed and shipped next business day. For more details regarding our shipping policy please visit our shipping page.

RETURNS – Our goal is to insure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase! When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return it in NEW, UNUSED or UNINSTALLED condition and in the original box, within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund. If you choose to exchange item(s), you must pay shipping and handling charges. Please contact us in advance to obtain and RMA (return merchandise authorization) number within 30 days of purchase date.

 

All returns must be packaged carefully and shipped US Mail or ground service with freight prepaid. DO NOT SEND RETURNS BACK TO US C.O.D. as they will not be accepted. Returns will NOT be accepted for installed items, videos or worn/washed clothing and customer service retains complete discretion on granting full or partial refunds and exchange. It is our goal to process all returns within 1 business day of receipt.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS – If you refuse a shipment and it is returned to Sidewall Distribution LLC, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to and from and will only be credited for the item(s) that you refused.

TAXES – Sidewall Distribution LLC will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for order to be delivered to addresses with in Oklahoma. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

PAYMENTS – We currently accept credit card or debit card payments. At the time you place your order we only Authorize you Credit or Debit Card. Once your order has been processed and shipped that is when we will capture total payment.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS – We currently offer shipping to select foreign countries. To see if we offer shipping to your country please visit the new customer for under “country” dropdown menu.
For international orders, customs charges, excise taxes, or duties are not included in the shipping cost.  International customers are fully responsible for these costs.  The declared value will always be completed truthfully.
International customers placing an order please note that we do our best to insure that we offer accurate shipping quote at the time you place your order. Due to different ways shipments are calculated there may be times that your shipping rate will need to be adjusted. If this is the case we will contact you direct before your order is processed.

 

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS – We continue to update product pricing, descriptions and images on Sidewall Action Sports Site.
Pricing - In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Sidewall Distribution shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If an error was found will notify you directly to give you the option to cancel the order or accept the new price. We also reserve the right to change price at anytime without notice.
Typo’s – We are constantly adding and updated product information. We rely on our suppliers to provide up accurate product descriptions and specification on the product we offer. From time to time a supplier may update a product which has not been updated on our website. In the case you find that there is a discrepancy with the product that you order and what is shown on the product page please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
Product Images – We strive to provide up to date product images, but there may be times when a supplier may change product colors and or designs that may not be reflected on the website. Color of product may vary depending on the quality of you monitor. We are not responsible for any shade difference do to this. If you find a issue with a product image or color in which you received please contact us direct to try and resolve the issue.
